Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@skibumandcrew.com within 10 days with photos (if possible) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send you replacements for any defective candles.
All Other Issues
We do not accept returns for any reason other than defects.
